Deutsche Telekom Group, Telekom IT is going international by establishing an ERP/SAP competency center located in Poland, with the mission to serve all DTAG units globally. The challenge is to deliver effectively SAP business solutions for all T-Mobile subsidiaries . The responsibility covers the full portfolio of services, from business process and solution design through support, application, project & portfolio management. The competency center will play key role in DT Group’s top priority the One ERP business transformation program.

We are providing End to End IT services for Deutsche Telekom Group, Including all T-Mobile subsidiaries. In our daily work we are covering Different aspects of Project Management, Application & Operation Management and many more ITIL processes related roles. Also we are responsible for business processes implementation and design. Please look for detailed roles description.

Securing IT service delivery within agreed service and cost targets

Who are we looking for

Business Partner Managers

Front-end persons of Telekom IT towards the customer (Business departments of the Group)
Oversee the Application Development
Play role in the standardization of functionality/processes

Solution Designers

Key persons in the solution design for Application Development
Support BPMs in the contacts with Business and evaluation of planning
Responsible in all stages of a project (workshops, developments, delivery, tests, cut over, hand-over to support organization...)

Release Managers

Responsible for coordinating Application Lifecycle (Design/Build/Test)
Manage the Release Schedule, Risk and Communication
Coordinate relationships with Stakeholders, Release Reporting and Repository

Application Managers

Responsible for the entire life cycle of the application(s), from the start of operations to the final switch-off
In charge of financial aspects of applications (budgets planning, ordering, reporting, reviewing and accepting costs/efforts)
In charge of the compliance of SLAs, data protection, escalations handling and monitoring incidents/performance

IT Service Managers

Oversee Application Operation/Infrastructure services and control upstream service providers and other roles if required
In charge of financial aspects (planning, ordering, reporting) and compliance of SLAs from external workforce
Consulted in Appl. Development providing information on system and functional architecture from an operating perspective

Technical Solution Managers

Members of the Application Management team dealing with technical aspects of applications
Provide support for Application Managers
Perform Operations design, specification, implementation and day-to-day application activities

IT Project Managers

Responsible for Application Development project(s)
Create and manage project plan, deliverables, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans
Build and manage relationship with business side, manage the project team and project activities

Incident Managers

Responsible for handling incidents as part of the Application Maintenance services
Arrange and control incident team (from Telekom IT and/or external) and explicitly verify and validate incidents
Coordinate the analyses and solutions of the incidents and communicate incidents’ statuses
